Ipsy Glam Bag Ultimate-November

If you read my last post then you know I love subscription boxes. I’ve been getting Ipsy for so many years now. When I first joined they only had the original sample subscription. Last year they added the Glam Bag Plus which gave you 5 full size products a month. In October they added the Glam Bag Ultimate. With the Ultimate you get 8 full size products and 4 deluxe sample products. It’s like Christmas every month. Lol. Let’s take a look at November’s box.

Let’s look at the deluxe sample products first.
First up is Youth to the People Superfood Air Whip Moisture Cream. I really liked this cream. It’s light weight and absorbed quickly. Online it says it works best for anyone with combination or oily skin. The cream is packed with antioxidant rich superfoods like kale, green tea and alfalfa. As well as vitamins C, E and K. I’ll definitely be purchasing a full size version.

Next is from Kismet. It’s a lip scrub in Bright & Bubbly. As someone who loves matte lipsticks lip scrubs come in handy. This one smells so good. It’s a sweet scent. It’s made with raw sugar, vitamin C and Shea butter. Leaves my lips so soft and smooth.

Now we have Panda Eye Brightening Mask from Soo Ae. I love masks so this is gonna get used up quickly. Lol. I got 2 in my box. When I get face masks in my boxes I usually get at least 2. These are a hydrogel eye mask with Vitamin B3, centella asiatica and dipotassium glycyrrhizate to moisturize and help minimize wrinkles, and fine lines.

Last deluxe sample comes from Benefit Cosmetics. It’s the High Beam Liquid Highlighter. I’ve used it before and it’s personally not my favorite. It’s a very subtle highlighter and I much prefer blinding ones. So I didn’t open this one cause I know I’m gonna give it away.

Now on to the full size products.
First up is a Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk from Klorane. I really like this product. I’ve used dry shampoo that leave a white cast but this one doesn’t do that. It smells and works great.

Next was the product I got to choose in my box. I picked It Cosmetics’ Confidence in a Cleanser. I love their products. It’s a cleanser and serum in one so it really smooths and hydrates your skin. It’s safe for all skin types. There’s colloidal oatmeal, hyaluronic acid and collagen in this product. I definitely recommend this product. I’m so happy I chose this one.

Next is from the Gigi Gorgeous x Ipsy Collaboration. I got only one product from the entire collection. I got The Only Blush Duo in Authentic + Pride. Its a really gorgeous duo but I personally never wear blush. So I didn’t swatch this product so I could give it to someone who I know would use it.

Now we have a matte lipstick in Sweet Emotion from Context Skin. I think this shade would look great on a lot of skin tones. It’s a great color. I really wish I had gotten this a few boxes ago for fall.

If you know about Juice Beauty then you know they are a great brand with amazing products. I was super excited when I saw I was getting this product. It’s not a cheap product so I was holding off on purchasing. But now that I’ve tried it I’m definitely gonna have to purchase. It’s packed with fruit stem cells infused into a vitamin c, resveratrol-rich grape seed formula. It helps to boost and enhance your skin tone and texture. There’s hydrants like jojoba and Shea. Evening primrose, linseed and borage seed provide fatty acid emollient and antioxidants. This product is great for all skin types.

Now the Best Sellers Kit from Billion Dollar Brows. This kit comes with a universal brow pencil (I’m not a fan of universal pencils because they always look super light on me.),a dual ended concealer/highlighter for under the brow (Love This!!), a smudge brush (even tho there’s no powder or pomade 🤷🏻‍♀️), and a clear gel. A great kit for beginners.

I’ve used products from Trèstique and they were really good. I got to try out the Color + Contour Bronzer Stick in Brazilian Bronze. I do prefer a stick contour. It just seems easier to use. This one is cool because there’s a brush on the other end to blend the product out. This is great for traveling. The cap is magnetic so you don’t have to worry about the product getting messed up. The formula is creamy and it was easy to use. There’s also coconut oil in the formula.

The last full size product is an eyeshadow palette from Wander Beauty. This is my second palette from this brand. The formula is so smooth and pigmented. This palette is great for day or night time looks. The shimmers are also great as highlighters.

One of the things I love about Ipsy is that the 2nd of every month they send out an email with a chance to add items to your box at an additional charge. The great thing is the prices are always more then half off. This month I added 2 items.
First is from Slmissglam. It’s a tapered face brush P62. It’s a gorgeous glittery blue and it was only $3. Personally I feel like you can never have enough brushes.

Next is the Fruit Sorbet Mini Palette from Violet Voss for only $12. This palette is SO pretty. I love color so this palette is perfect. The shadows have good pigmentation.

Over all I’m very happy with my November box. I can’t wait to see what the December box is gonna look like. 🤗
